(Scroll for English) We recently celebrated children's birthday in this house, Edvin was 3 years and wanted a course chocolate muffins. He is almost a little disappointed every time he sees a cake that is brown in color, then the question whether he has inherited the mother's sense of chocolates ... This recipe is a little different than other chocolate muffins I made earlier, there are some more bowls to wash up afterwards, but the result is very airy and well :) Recently my youngest son could celebrate his 3rd year on this planet, and he (of course) asked for chocolate cake. He always seems a little best dishwasher detergent for hard water disappointed if he seen a cake wooden tongue brown, so I suppose he has inherited his mom's hunger for chocolate ... This recipe differs a little from the choc cupcakes I've made earlier, there will be a little more washing up to do, but the result is very nice and airy :) You need: (12 pcs.) 100g dark chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa content) into chunks 75 g butter at room temperature / soft 150 g brown sugar 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites 175g plain flour teaspoon baking powder tsp baking soda a pinch of salt 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or use 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar with the dry ingredients) Preheat the oven to 170 C, prepare a muffin tray with 12 forms. Melt the chocolate, either in micro oven or water bath. Place butter best dishwasher detergent for hard water and sugar in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until mixture is light and fluffy (3-5 minutes). Put the egg yolks from short with butter and sugar, whisk until thoroughly blended and then keep in the melted chocolate and vanilla, whisk. Mix together the flour, baking best dishwasher detergent for hard water powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Having half of the dry mixture to the batter and mix well, then have to half the milk and mix again. best dishwasher detergent for hard water How do again with the rest of the dry and remaining milk. In a clean bowl, with clean beaters, whisk the egg whites until they are stiff (but not so much that they are "dry"). Flip the egg whites gently into the batter using a large metal spoon if you have. Forden mixture into the molds and place in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. (You can check if they are done by inserting a toothpick or similar into the center of a muffin, it should not follow the wet touch when you take it out again.) Let the muffins cool on a wire rack. When they are completely cooled, you can have the glaze, either with a knife / spatula or using a piping bag (here I used a Wilton 2D tip). The glaze is the same I use bananmuffinsene, the recipe can be found HERE. Garnish with assorted best dishwasher detergent for hard water sprinkle / cake decoration, if desired. You'll need: (12 cupcakes) 100 grams dark chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa solids) 75 g butter, at room temperature 150 grams soft brown sugar 2 large eggs 175 grams plain flour tsp baking powder tsp bicarbonate of soda pinch of salt 200 ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven to 170 C/375 F and line a 12-hole muffin tray with cupcake cases. Melt the chocolate, in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Put the butter and sugar into a large bowl and beat (overusing best dishwasher detergent for hard water an electric hand mixer) until the mixture is pale and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes). Add the egg yolks with the butter ang sugar, beat until thoroughly combined, then add the melted chocolate and vanilla, and beat again. Combine the flour, baking powder, bicarb and salt in a separate bowl. Add half of these dry ingredients to the batter best dishwasher detergent for hard water and mix well, then add half of the milk and mix again. Do this again with the rest of the dry ingredients, and the rest of the milk. In a clean bowl, overusing clean beaters, whisk the egg whites until stiff (but not dry). Fold the egg whites into the batter, overusing a large metal spoon. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases, and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. (To check they are cooked, insert a skrwer ot tooth pick in the center of one of the cakes, it should come out clean.) Place on a wire rack to cool two. When completely cool, ice the cupcakes overusing either a knife / spatula or a piping bag (here I used a Wilton tip 2D). Decorate with Hundreds & Thousands or other sprinkles, best dishwasher detergent for hard water if you like. The cute animal characters I found at a grocery store in Sweden, but I've seen similar here in our Menu Shop. I found the cute augar animals in a food shop in Sweden, but I have seen similar ones in our local supermarket.
