PPS: If you, like me, have an almond allergy in the family, can for example replace the almonds ped


Here is my first matblogginnlegg. I actually baked cake today and it is grisegod. Now the cake albeit upyntet in the freezer in anticipation of the weekend visit, but since I baked it last weekend too, I know that it is grisegod. Here goes. The recipe is suitable for a regular springform (24 cm in diameter).
Here's how: Wash hands with warm water and soap. Preheat pedestal base for table the oven to 175 degrees, butter a spring form and sprinkle with a fine layer of flour. There should not be any flour to form only a thin white layer. Find Chop the almonds in a blender or equivalent.

(Scroll for English) We recently celebrated children's birthday in this house, Edvin was 3 years and wanted a course chocolate muffins. He is almost a little disappointed every time he sees a cake that is brown in color, then the question whether he has inherited the mother's sense of chocolates ... This recipe is a little different than other chocolate muffins I made earlier, there are some more bowls to wash up afterwards, but the result is very airy and well :) Recently my youngest son could celebrate his 3rd year on this planet, and he (of course) asked for chocolate cake. He always seems a little best dishwasher detergent for hard water disappointed if he seen a cake wooden tongue brown, so I suppose he has inherited his mom's hunger for chocolate ... This recipe differs a little from the choc cupcakes I've made earlier, there will be a little more washing up to do, but the result is very nice and airy :) You need: (12 pcs.) 100g dark chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa content) into chunks 75 g butter at room temperature / soft 150 g brown sugar 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites 175g plain flour teaspoon baking powder tsp baking soda a pinch of salt 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or use 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar with the dry ingredients) Preheat the oven to 170 C, prepare a muffin tray with 12 forms. Melt the chocolate, either in micro oven or water bath. Place butter best dishwasher detergent for hard water and sugar in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until mixture is light and fluffy (3-5 minutes). Put the egg yolks from short with butter and sugar, whisk until thoroughly blended and then keep in the melted chocolate and vanilla, whisk. Mix together the flour, baking best dishwasher detergent for hard water powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Having half of the dry mixture to the batter and mix well, then have to half the milk and mix again. best dishwasher detergent for hard water How do again with the rest of the dry and remaining milk. In a clean bowl, with clean beaters, whisk the egg whites until they are stiff (but not so much that they are "dry"). Flip the egg whites gently into the batter using a large metal spoon if you have. Forden mixture into the molds and place in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. (You can check if they are done by inserting a toothpick or similar into the center of a muffin, it should not follow the wet touch when you take it out again.) Let the muffins cool on a wire rack. When they are completely cooled, you can have the glaze, either with a knife / spatula or using a piping bag (here I used a Wilton 2D tip). The glaze is the same I use bananmuffinsene, the recipe can be found HERE. Garnish with assorted best dishwasher detergent for hard water sprinkle / cake decoration, if desired. You'll need: (12 cupcakes) 100 grams dark chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa solids) 75 g butter, at room temperature 150 grams soft brown sugar 2 large eggs 175 grams plain flour tsp baking powder tsp bicarbonate of soda pinch of salt 200 ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven to 170 C/375 F and line a 12-hole muffin tray with cupcake cases. Melt the chocolate, in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Put the butter and sugar into a large bowl and beat (overusing best dishwasher detergent for hard water an electric hand mixer) until the mixture is pale and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes). Add the egg yolks with the butter ang sugar, beat until thoroughly combined, then add the melted chocolate and vanilla, and beat again. Combine the flour, baking powder, bicarb and salt in a separate bowl. Add half of these dry ingredients to the batter best dishwasher detergent for hard water and mix well, then add half of the milk and mix again. Do this again with the rest of the dry ingredients, and the rest of the milk. In a clean bowl, overusing clean beaters, whisk the egg whites until stiff (but not dry). Fold the egg whites into the batter, overusing a large metal spoon. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases, and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. (To check they are cooked, insert a skrwer ot tooth pick in the center of one of the cakes, it should come out clean.) Place on a wire rack to cool two. When completely cool, ice the cupcakes overusing either a knife / spatula or a piping bag (here I used a Wilton tip 2D). I made the same chocolate icing recipe that I use for the banana cupcakes, you can find the recipe for the icing HERE. Decorate with Hundreds & Thousands or other sprinkles, best dishwasher detergent for hard water if you like. The cute animal characters I found at a grocery store in Sweden, but I've seen similar here in our Menu Shop. I found the cute augar animals in a food shop in Sweden, but I have seen similar ones in our local supermarket.

The truth is what I


Know the fact that my body had real good of a vacation n, I relax completely and not thinking very much PS: We've just returned metal table legs home from vr little trip to mother-gone good but home is best well what they say :-) We are going to simply relax, watch on TV and doughs us on the couch:-P I'm s incredibly active No. I work and strp, that it almost is unusual for me to sit more quietly .... It tingles a little body occasionally say the son. But I know all too well that this little holiday is over before you know it, soon it everyday again.
Dieters my can not exactly be said upper low carb day, and it's only son is. Stressing me out of it exactly, today must be upper hamburger here for dinner :-) Tomorrow we shall perhaps out a little ride, see if it's metal table legs something small we "need" at the store or the like. Otherwise I'll bake the buns as my Beloved have talked about for quite some time, thought actually split the buns here on the blog. It is these one were made for Halloween ... simply because they are the scariest I've baked in a long time! Despite the fact that they are mighty mouthfuls so it is impossible to take just one, and if I had managed to ignore the vanity and health so I had nice eaten both four and five. I told you they were scary! "Blondie" is simply "blonde brownies", and do not be fooled by a rather dull look - this is enjoyment from the first bit:-D (Extra bonus is that it only becomes a saucepan to wash up - no bowls or kitchen appliances involved !) You need: 100 g butter 200 g white chocolate 150 g light brown sugar 1 egg 200g condensed milk ("Sweetened condensed milk". You can also use a 200 g mashed banana instead) 2 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract ) 225 g flour 1 tsp baking powder a pinch of salt 100 g chopped almonds (may be omitted) Preheat the oven to 180 C and dress a form (about 20x30 cm) with baking paper. Place butter and white chocolate in a large saucepan and place the plate on low heat. When the butter is melted, take the pan from the burner and stir well until chocolate is also melted. Add sugar, eggs, condensed milk and vanilla extract and stir until everything is well blended. Aim the flour, baking powder and salt, and stir into this with chopped almonds. Empty mixture into the cake tin, smooth the surface and put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. It should feel stuck out in the middle, but insert a toothpick or similar it should be moist (but do not have raw eggs in it). Place the dish on a wire rack and let stand at least 10 minutes before you lift the cake out of the baking paper. Cool, or cut into pieces and enjoy while still warm .. Preferably with a ball of vanilla ice cream or a dollop simple human dish rack of crème fraîche.

About buns, cocoa and youth nowadays. | Anne Blog
As I touched the hot chocolate today, one of the more cautious the boys over to the kitchen door and asked, "Maker you porridge?". "Oh no" I said "I bake buns and cook cocoa until your return."
In scouting circles I'm known for it! When we are camping comes youths from other parts of the country over and says, "Are you the one who is Anne who cook as good cocoa and baking so nice buns?" It's a pretty nice thing to be known for. If I do not achieve much else big in my life, I will certainly be remembered for the buns and hot chocolate.
Our confirmands nowadays show up on time, they leave with fresh courage on the mission, they are grateful for the bowls, the ones I had in kindergarten pleases me: "Anne remembers duluth transit authority you ....?". They are sitting and talking nice to each other and us.

Hey you! What a great birthday gift! It'a a lucky one, this tiny eastlender. :) I'm in Skien and jobs. It is usually not where I work, but sometimes Miss Fixit come to visit. :) Otherwise hellweek'en went my way fit. Many hiking, but then I was broke and did not charge my membership at the gym, so I got not be there so much. Coming back stronger next free period! I may have the good fortune week the whole time I! Good afternoon friends! Here we are today with an easy recipe coloured mugs .. fast .... delicious ... and summer! Baskets of peaches and cream puff! We love both the cream ... peaches together in these baskets are the perfect combination!
We begin to prepare the cream. In a small saucepan heat the milk with the lemon peel. In another bowl combine coloured mugs the sugar, egg yolks and flour mescolandio well. When the milk is hot (but not at the boiling point), add it to the mixture of sugar mixing all. At this point shows over the heat and bring to a boil and continue to beat with a whisk. Only when the cream is ready turn off the heat and add the butter so doing you'll cream suitable for cooking.
Now we can make our baskets: coloured mugs derived from the pastry squares and put them in a muffin mold open. Prick the surface of the dough with the tines of a fork. Today a recipe for a fresh, spring / summer, deliciously light that may be fine if you're stainless steel tables on a diet like me. 1. Prepare the base by mixing the ricotta with the milk, oil, egg yolk, salt, sugar and vanilla. 2. Sift the flour with the baking powder, then add it to the ricotta mixture. Working well and spread on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. 3. Cut a circle of parchment paper, lay on the dough and cover with dried beans. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove stainless steel tables from oven and let cool.
4. In the meantime, in a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter and milk. Wait for it to cool, then add the cream cheese, strawberries and kiwi fruit cut into small pieces. 5. In this preparation, the pastry is not very crumbly but with much less fat and sugar, then gives fewer calories and has a more refined taste.

And 'the case of these tarts, the preparation of which began late in the evening and finished the next day .... between races and the other ... INGREDIENTS For the pastry 250 gr. 00 flour 125 gr. butter 90 gr. powdered sugar 1 egg teaspoon of baking powder a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt For the custard 500 ml milk 4 egg yolks 75 gr. sugar 3 tablespoons cornstarch sifted zest of lemon to flavor berries as you like (for me frozen) Preparing start preparing for the pastry baskets. Proceed blasting cold butter with the flour to crumb mixture, add the sugar, amalgamiamolo quickly and join the egg lightly beaten with drops of lemon and salt. I preferred to use the mixer for these operations, to avoid "warm up" the dough and proceed more quickly to the realization of the pastry. When the dough is ready let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour. Grease and flour a mold for tartlet mabell and with a pastry cutter 10 cm. do diskettes you will place in the molds. These cover with greaseproof paper and dried beans (or rice, salt, etc..) And bake in preheated oven for 15 min. to 180 degrees, the last three minutes remove the beans and finish cooking. After baked baskets let cool on a wire rack and well in the meantime, prepare the custard, and when it is cold filled baskets mabell and arrange on top of a spoonful of berries which have previously scalded with two tablespoons of sugar and a bit of juice lemon. If you like it, you can polish the baskets with jelly which is neutral in bags at the supermarket.

Recent Articles What a mess: bread, sourdough, flour ... a course to clear my head for confondermel


Being friends with Cristina is really lichttisch very exciting and, I admit, a little 'tired. I always involves in events really interesting and foodblogger I can never pull back even though I know that then I will cross a stage of repentance, followed immediately by a great satisfaction.
It 'happened this time, when for the first time told me about his meeting with Silvia Volpe and what they had in mind. Earlier I looked a bit 'hesitant, but she did not give space to my replies because he knows where to hit and then I found myself directly involved in this great initiative, of which I had mentioned in my previous post. A dinner by Bacchus & the Fox organized and operated under the supervision of Silvia Volpe, four food bloggers! I must be honest by saying that until they came the fateful day I was dubious, not so much of the success lichttisch of the evening, how about being able to live up to. But then when I found myself in the kitchen with the other three of my "colleagues" all happened by itself, also because there was an efficient organization behind! We had tried the dishes January 16 and alas, what was to be my dish turned out to be a dud, which made me understand lichttisch the need for something more simple and therefore, my "ravioli harlequin" have transformed into the excellent "confetti in the sea," only flour dumplings with colorful tomato paste, nettles (collected personally with Cristina), saffron and squid ink.
But first things first, let me first of all thank my fellow adventurers in the first place and the hostess Silvia Volpe has provided his expertise as well as his kitchen, his entire staff, from the father Angiolo that helped us Stripping the skipjack lichttisch and did a nice photo shoot, her husband Emmanuel, who presented the evening, the sommelier John and Patricia who helped in the kitchen. Of course, thanks to Cristina Galliti of Poverimabelliebuoni (without which the event would not have been the same), Fabio Campetti Visions from the kitchen in there ... and Shamira Gatta Lovely Cake. And the jury composed by Claudio Mollo, Marco Bellentani Daniela Mugnai, Deborah Courses and Daniel Green Beans and jury composed of all the participants in the evening. Finally, a special thanks to 'Company Fralluca Suvereto with its wines accompanied our dishes perfectly.

Slow Food Editore next bread bin
