1 liter of goat milk bio 1.2 grams of rennet (here rennet Lactaline brand Yalacta) or 4 drops of liquid rennet 2 chipmunks whole * or 100g of cheese (goat or other) fees

Yes I am exactly the same as goat milk, organic store is the only one found. Organic goat farm where I go sometimes, will finally make raw milk but only around May to be ready, I would take from time to time by getting their cheese (beh yes they are without substitute for dishwasher soap their cheeses)
I saw the whole goat milk in supermarkets, but it was not organic. ... If you have a goat farm not too far from home and their cheeses are good, it's great !!
