I love chickpeas but I do not eat it often because my darling is not a big fan. Result, when I open a box to put in my salad, I end up with leftovers in the fridge that I do not know what to do (besides eating them as fast as possible). And then I came across several recipes for baked chickpeas and I wanted to try. And you know what? Dear loved :)
Remove tray from oven and let cool a few minutes.
