Roasted turkey leg with vegetables | For the love of cooking
2 leg of turkey 1 small eggplant 1 small zucchini 1 small dried thyme pepper canola oil or olive oil 3 teaspoons curry half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper kitchen sink tidy salt pepper two, forced through the crushed cloves of garlic
Turkey Legs wash, dry it thoroughly and rub with salt, curry powder, pepper and garlic. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, bake, covered, in the ovenproof dish about 75 minutes at 180 o C. In the meantime, prepare vegetables: wash, dry it and cut into fairly large cubes. We put them in an ovenproof dish lined with greased baking paper a little oil or olive oil. Vegetables with salt, thyme and season with pepper and sprinkle with oil. The vessel was covered with tin foil, put in the oven preheated to 170 OC and bake about 40 minutes. We serve as a supplement to the meat.

It depends on what we have curry - with plenty of salt or less. Each manufacturer hangs in its sole discretion. But even if the salt in curry is still a little bit of a lot of it does not hurt, because they have a lot of meat haunches and you have to use a little spice to be properly seasoned. With the rest I always ask to be dressed according to your own taste. Some like much salt than others, some more pepper than others :)
Thanks that was it :) Best curry is a mix yourself. The same as I used curry of purchasing is no longer soliłam, but as you write - whatever you like! We Poles probably prefer a more savory. Yours!
