150 g dark cooking chocolate (minimum 52% cocoa) 125 g cream with 35% fat, 20 g butter, softened 10 ml rum 30 g candied orange peel 40 g of cocoa powder to cover Truffles

Hello Eleanor, I just drink a Nespresso flavored with tangerine accompanied by one of these delicious truffles, and ... well ... I have no words to describe such delight. I've been trying how to wash dishes so long to do them and this was, how I regret not trying sooner. Usually buy truffles from a known brand, but from now here at home just the truffles Flagrant Delight. Needless to say we were aprovadissímas and will repeat many more times.
