I hope it's ignorance and not malice is the cause of these deals with Shell. Wherever I turned to hang it offers not just promoting a healthy dta 2 diet. Let's dta 2 take a closer look at the offers and what they really represent:

I have not got hold of the nutritional dta 2 content of this bowl yet, but I argue daimbollen which has 15.6 grams of added sugar per piece, it is not unlikely that you ingest about 78 grams of added sugar by eating all five though. Number kcal will be approximately 290 per item (numbers Daimbolle). So fill the bag with 5 bowls throughout 1450 kcal!!! Be careful if you fall for this offer. My advice is to buy a bowl. Availability creates consumption. Save calories rather than money.
And what about washing your car and get a kroneis purchase. A kroneis contains 20 g of sugar and 210 calories. Calories you really did not intend to eat when you went to wash the car, or? Beware dta 2 of these "friendly" offer and ask your body what it think before you throw yourself over.
Two sausages in bread for the price of one. Now I have no figures on exactly these, but a huge grill sausage from Gilde contains 250 kcal per piece. A sausage bread similar dta 2 to those buying out provides 170 kcal per piece. Yes, when we sum to 840 kcal for two hot dogs for the price of 1 This is WAY too much to eat at once - and all too many kcal compared dta 2 to what you get for them in the form of various nutrients the body needs. Then there's the soda. 4 ml of 12 kr. There are 170 kcal at the top of the sausage calories. And 44 g of added sugar. I hear kropppen moan just the tank.
Just to put the numbers in perspective: An ordinary woman who does not exercise needs 1800-2000 kcal a day. A man is at 2300-2500 kcal. This varies of course, but these numbers are at least an idea and shows how much prices poses in terms of what a body is able to burn in a day. And guess where it will remain what it is unable to burn!?!
In terms of added sugar should keep intake as low as possible - in particular dta 2 in each day. The recommendation is that up to 10% of dagsbhovet of kcal should come from added sugar per day. Fortunately it is not a problem for me not to take the free bowl!
If you constantly use these offers dta 2 as they are one problem, and 5 bowls of x is perhaps aimed at those who are 5 car? but you are enjoying yourself once in a while so this is not a problem. one must indulge occasionally and not just live on lentils and bran.
