A delicious lunch or evening meal - full of healthy vitamins and great tasting! Want recipe? Here's the foccacia bread and chicken sandwiches .... The night before (or 12 hours before serving) - Marine chicken: Mix the peel of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp. Peanut butter 2 tbsp. oregano or parsley and butter it on 2 chicken fillets. Let stand cold in the refrigerator until the next day. Prepare the dough for foccacia-bread (also 12-14 hours before serving): 5 ml. Cold water is poured into the bowl 10 gr. yeast dissolved in water (if using dry do have it in with the flour) Add 1 tbsp. coarse salt (sea salt) and 2 tbsp. olive oil, stir well. Add 200 gr. wholemeal rye, finely ground and 250 gr. extra fine flour (type "00" - Italian Tipo 00 flour) stainless tables or plain flour kneaded or mixed well, consistency is like thick porridge. The dough put in the refrigerator overnight, at least 12 hours. Spoon the mixture into a roasting pan and set it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Use baking paper on the plate. Brush the surface with approx. 2 tbsp. olive oil and sprinkle with salt + finger a little rosemary. Insert your fingers into the dough to punltere it before you bake the bread in the oven at 250 rows in approx. 25 min. Cool on a rack and cut into squares. Fry the chicken pieces, stainless tables so they are warm when you serve. stainless tables Cut up some iceberg lettuce, peas, squash and place on plate. Pour a little walnut oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds over. Take the fresh foccacia bread and add underscore, sprinkle some rocket salad, share a real pear or an apple into slices and put on a drip a few drops of lemon juice over the apple slices and sprinkle stainless tables some sugar cereal with brown sugar. Add sliced chicken on this and add sliced avocado, curled parsley and a little red onion on top. Salt and pepper sprinkle's over any little good balsamicoedikk and oil eventually. Bon Appetite!!
